Domestic and family violence produces trauma and leaves lasting impacts on the psyche of people who experience it directly, with ripple effects seen in generations, families and communities.

Seeking to live in a society where everyone feels safe is a simple objective we can all share. But one we have work to achieve when we recognise the prevalence and see and hear the people and stories behind those statistics.

Challenge DV works in many ways to engage and connect across the community with a focus on prevention, advocacy, awareness and education around domestic and family violence.

I am pleased to bring my experience to the Board of Challenge DV. I have served in Chair and Non-Executive Director roles in government and not for profit sectors, I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I founded management consultancy (HR Advantage) operating continuously since 2000. I have worked in organisational corporate leadership roles applying expertise across people management, organisational development, strategy, culture, workforce development and governance. Coupled with my business management experience I offer my professional skills to Challenge DV to support its efforts to strengthen our community.
