Chief Executive Officer

I am currently Chief Executive Officer at Challenge DV. Having seen the lives of close friends, family and work colleagues impacted by family and domestic violence, I am passionate about taking personal action to make a difference.

As a senior manager, I have witnessed the positive impact that a supportive workplace can have for someone whose family circumstances are not safe. I have more than twenty years' experience at senior levels in policy, program, corporate and advisory roles. This experience includes managing corporate services in a small organisation, being an advisor to a Minister, developing and implementing large programs for Government, managing large changes, and running my own independent consulting business.
